Ontario Municipal Board

WND has often represented clients in both the public and private sectors, providing expert land use planning testimony before the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB). Members of the WND Team are in high demand to give expert testimony due to their wealth of experience in dealing with a variety of issues and contexts. Our staff are often required to support their own opinions associated with on-going assignments, and in some cases support new assignments with sufficient land use planning merit. Prior to accepting an assignment, WND is careful to ensure that the strictest level of professional ethics and conduct have been observed.
