New Town of Ajax Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review

Ajax Zoning Review

On behalf of various landowners in the Town of Ajax, Ontario, WND completed a comprehensive review of the municipality's proposed Zoning By-law to determine its effect on each of their interests. The process involved very specific site-by-site analysis, as well as a review of the general provisions. Of importance in this review was the protection of property rights gained through previous amendment processes as well as the identification of opportunities in the current planning process to enhance zoning permissions to better meet the needs of communities in the future. On behalf of its clients, WND has submitted various comments to the municipality and are continuing to monitor this process.
