Dominion Gardens is a uniquely-shaped 22 hectare property situated in the centre of the Georgetown urban area in the Town of Halton Hills, Ontario, and renowned as the location of the former Dominion Seed House catalogue operation. The relocation of that operation provided a singular opportunity to achieve both a planned urban intensification initiative and a community focus within Georgetown. WND was bestowed with realizing this opportunity and was responsible for the preparation of a detailed master plan for the entire property which included community commercial, secondary school, multiple-family residential and parkland uses.
