Residential Infill & Intensification

From small townhouse projects to major high-rise complexes, residential infill and intensification projects make a positive contribution to urban areas. Often located along main streets or close to transit facilities, these projects can provide additional housing, rehabilitate obsolete sites and contribute to existing neighbourhoods. WND has participated in the development approvals for numerous sites throughout the City of Toronto and in communities across Southern Ontario, including: redevelopment of sites from non-residential use to new housing; preservation and re-use of historic buildings; and, incorporation of residential uses into existing commercial developments to create vibrant, mixed-use projects.
