The "Stonebrook" neighbourhood is situated in the southwestern portion of the Georgetown Urban Area (Town of Halton Hills, Ontario), comprising approximately 23 hectares (57 acres) and 200 residential dwelling units. WND was retained to ensure that architectural details in the design were preserved throughout the development process. Special consideration was given to design guidelines in order to create a distinctive, high quality community.
