Working in combination with a team of advisors, WND has prepared an exciting community plan for 650 grade-related dwelling units on the edge of the Downsview Campus of York University for Tribute Communities (York) Inc.. The community design brings forward the benefits of a concept plan which exemplifies the positive attributes and benefits of public lane-based housing and a permeable, pedestrian friendly street pattern. The community plan pays careful attention to lot and unit design, blending these elements with the public street and space needs of the community, thereby creating an ideal residential community integrated with the university campus in the City of Toronto.
