As part of an experienced group of consultants, WND provided land use planning analysis for the preparation of the Woodbine Avenue By-pass Study for the Region of York, Ontario. Our contribution to the study included analyses of the potential effects of By-pass route alternatives on currently planned and designated land uses, municipal urban design objectives, current development plans and the amount of land required to accommodate the By-pass right-of-way.
